John Grogan, is the author of the book "Marley and Me" which is my favorite book. Marley is a very cute dog but is a very crazy dog. As he grows up he starts many problems within his owners because he is not a very good listener. He loved his family and was very playful, but as he got older he started to calm down a little bit. Marley was the best dog to play with but not the best when it came to listening. This was my favorite book because it tells a great story and dogs are my favorite animal. I liked watching this dog Marley grow up and see how much their family loved and sometimes disliked this dog. This book taught me about how I should live my life to it’s fullest because if you don’t then you are missing out on all of the fun! The book "Marley and Me" was my favorite book that I have ever read.

I didn't enjoy the book because I thought it was very repetitive. The story was all Simon trying to figure out who Blue is and it is very predictable. I read the book Ghost for Round 3 of Lit circles. I REALLY liked this book! It had lots of interesting things that people can relate to, especially me because it was about track and I do and enjoy track.  I thought this book did a great job of grabbing the reader's attention right away. The only thing I have a concern about is the ending. It doesn't have a good ending at all. If I could change the book a little, I would make it have a better ending.
