My favorite book to read



My favorite book to read is Marley and Me.  Marley and Me is written by John Grogan. Marley and Me is a very adventurous book. I really like that book because it takes you through an adventure of a dog and her family.  A family adopted Marley when she was very young The book goes through Marley’s life from the beginning to the end. Marley impacts her family a lot, through the thunderstorms at night, to being scared and ripping up the walls. No matter what her family knew that they could count on her being by their side in good times and bad. Marley and Me has multiple humorous parts. To me one of the funniest part of the book is when Marley was leashed to a table leg outside at a restaurant and Marly saw something intriguing. Marley then started to run and flipped the table over with her. Her owners then started to run after her, on the other hand everyone was staring at them chasing their dog. All and all, Marley and Me is a very funny, interesting, and humorous.

I really liked my book but I am NOT SATISFIED with my ending. it really saddens me. The main character, Cady, figures out why she was in an accident, to begin with, and slowly regains her memory. I really think she could've written a better ending. The ending is devastating. I do not like it. The book was very interesting though.

I didn't enjoy the book because I thought it was very repetitive. The story was all Simon trying to figure out who Blue is and it is very predictable. I also thought that it was really confusing because the author didn't really hook you in with the characters and there were so many characters and I got really confused.

I read the book Ghost for Round 3 of Lit circles. I REALLY liked this book! It had lots of interesting things that people can relate to, especially me because it was about track and I do and enjoy track.  I thought this book did a great job of grabbing the reader's attention right away. The only thing I have a concern about is the ending. It doesn't have a good ending at all. If I could change the book a little, I would make it have a better ending.
