The Swap , written by Megan Shull is my favorite book that I have read so far. The Swap is an amazing book because you always want to figure out what comes next in the story, and it makes you eager to keep reading. Two kids, Jack and Ellie, wish to be in someone else's place, and suddenly swap lives and bodies. Thinking this would be fun, they realize they don't know how it’s like to be living in someone else's life. Jack and Ellie have to figure out how they are going to deal with being in a boy/girl body, and many challenges occur along the way. I highly recommend this book to anyone through the age of 11-14, because The Swap is a funny, intense, and amazing story to read.

My favorite book to read My favorite book to read is Marley and Me .   Marley and Me is written by John Grogan. Marley and Me is a very adventurous book. I really like that book because it takes you through an adventure of a dog and her family.  A family adopted Marley when she was very young The book goes through Marley’s life from the beginning to the end. Marley impacts her family a lot, through the thunderstorms at night, to being scared and ripping up the walls. No matter what her family knew that they could count on her being by their side in good times and bad. Marley and Me has multiple humorous parts. To me one of the funniest part of the book is when Marley was leashed to a table leg outside at a restaurant and Marly saw something intriguing. Marley then started to run and flipped the table over with her. Her owners then started to run after her, on the other hand everyone was staring at them chasing their dog. Harry Potter is my favorite book series. Harry Potter is my favorite book series because there is something for everyone in it. There are happy parts, sad parts, funny parts, adventurous parts, action parts, emotional parts, mysterious parts, etc. They are also pretty long books, which means that the story is never too short. After reading any book in the series, you want to be a character in the book, because it is such a good series. There are 7 books in the series. The Sorcerer's Stone, The Chamber of Secrets, The Prisoner of Azkaban, The Goblet of Fire, The Order of the Phoenix, The Half Blood Prince, and The Deathly Hallows. There is a movie for each book, but there are two movies for the last book. My favorite book in the series is probably The Sorcerer's Stone. It is about a boy name harry who lives with his aunt and uncle. He finds out that he is a wizard and gets invited to Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry.   He makes new friends and learns new magic, leading...

My favorite book series is The Enemy series by Charlie Higson. Even though it is a little known series it really keeps me engaged. The series is about a group in the zombie apocalypse. Everyone over sixteen gets turned into a zombie in this series. It takes place in London. I like it because I have always liked zombies. For anyone who loves horror books then you are sure to like this zombie series. There are seven books in The Enemy series called The Enemy, The Dead, The Fear, The Sacrifice, The Fallen, The Hunted, and The End. I specifically loved The End because it has a huge battle and I have always been one for big battles. The group from the Natural History Museum tries to round up all of the other kids across London to have a huge battle with the zombies. I love this series but it might be sensitive to some people because it has lots of cuss words and lots of gore.

My Favorite Book One of my favorite book is called  Delirium written by Lauren Oliver.  This book is based 100 years from now in the U.S.A.  Lena lives in a world where love is a bad thing, a disease.  Everyone gets “Cured” from the love disease.  Lena is getting cured in 95 days and this book is about her 95 days.  My favorite part so far is when Lena was running with her friend Hana.  They are both good runners and they really enjoy running together. They laugh and have a great time.                                    

My favorite book is Hunger Games by Suzanne Collins. I love this book so much because it is so thrilling! At the end of each chapter there is another cliff hanger. This is one of the first books I could not stop reading. I would read 10 chapters in a row, it is that good. Hunger Games is a story about a young girl that is forced to go to a “game” called Hunger Games. She faces a lot of hard challenges and she has to fight for her life.

My favorite book is Pokemon Adventures by Hidenori Kusaka. It is the first book in the series. I like because I have always been a fan of Pokemon for a long time which gives it the nostalgia. It has amazing story time and is a fun book to read. The way Ash has no clue what he is doing just makes the book have a funny charm. Reading this book can make you think you are truly in the land of Pokemon with the storytelling and the pictures. The book follows Ash and him starting this new adventure. It introduces the protagonist and the antagonist of the series. Ash learns the ups, downs, yes, and no’s This is the best one in the series because it is like the start of a new game and it is the most comical part.

My Favorite Book One of my favorite books I have read was “A Long Walk to Water”. A Long Walk to Water is written by Linda Sue Park. I liked it because it was adventurous and it related to the real world. The book was about The lost boys of Sudan and their adventure. This book is a mixture of realistic fiction and nonfiction. My favorite part was where he saw his father and his family again after going to New York City. I thought it was very sweet. I recommend that everyone reads this book.

Wonder is a good book. Wonder is about a boy who has a lot of surgeries on his face. He went to school for his first year and got bullied a lot. I like this book because it shows what mean comments can do. I also like the book because there is a movie coming out. He makes friend and ignores the comments. He overcame the challenges of a new school.

Calvin and Hobbes is my favorite graphic novel because of the jokes the author makes and how this kid is friends with his stuffed tiger. This specific author gets my attention because of the family. The family is unique and they argue a lot. What's so funny about that to me is the part that Calvin and Hobbes are always causing trouble. Calvin is so funny because his imagination is so big that his friend is a stuffed tiger and he imagines that he is invisible and he is a super hero. Calvin and Hobbes is always fun and interesting because there is always something different going on with Calvin and Hobbes.

My favorite book is the hobbit. The hobbit is about a hobbit named Bilbo. He goes on an adventure to take back the dwarven kingdom. They also have to overcome many many problems on the quest. This is my favorite book because I like action and this book had action but not to much. And it is scary like when they had to deal with spiders and golem. It also is very interesting because Bilbo goes from being  failure to being great at his job in the group. It is an overall very good book I do suggest reading it!

My favorite book is The Crossover by Kwame Alexander. The main characters is Josh Bell and his twin brother Jordan Bell. They are basketball players that play for their middle school. There dad was a NBA player. There mom is the principal of the school so if they don’t get good grades they can’t play basketball. The brothers get in a big fight and someone gets suspended from school. There dad get sick and the brothers have to get along when they are with there dad. This books is great and I would give it a 4.5 stars out of 5 stars. I would recommend this book to people who like sports and like easy reads.

John Grogan, is the author of the book " Marley and Me" which is my favorite book. Marley is a very cute dog but is a very crazy dog. As he grows up he starts many problems within his owners because he is not a very good listener. He loved his family and was very playful, but as he got older he started to calm down a little bit. Marley was the best dog to play with but not the best when it came to listening. This was my favorite book because it tells a great story and dogs are my favorite animal. I liked watching this dog Marley grow up and see how much their family loved and sometimes disliked this dog. This book taught me about how I should live my life to it’s fullest because if you don’t then you are missing out on all of the fun! The book " Marley and Me" was my favorite book that I have ever read.

My favorite book is Pi in the Sky because it's about a boy around our age and I can relate to him. the book starts out telling us about joss the main character and his dad (the supreme overlord) had to destroy earth and our solar system. the book goes on telling us more about joss like how joss has older brothers who got really cool jobs,  and all Joss gets to do is deliver pies.  But when Earth suddenly disappears, Joss is tasked with the seemingly impossible job of bringing it back. With the help of a girl from Earth named Annika. they will go together to try and get earth back.

Mickey and me was a great book. It is 13 year old boy who was magical baseball card powers. The book is by Dan Guthman. His power is when he travels back in time to meet Mickey. But Mickey Mantle is a kid so he does not know what he looks like. So he goes on a mission to try and find mickey. He always goes back in time for a reason. For example Mickey hurt himself early in his career when he was playing outfield. Mickey was running for a pop up and tripped on a sprinkler head. Will he find Mickey and save his career.  

My favorite book! By Sydney My favorite book is "The Miraculous Journey of Edward Tulane" by Kate Dicamillo. The setting of it is in a historical time, and is based all around the world. This little girl named Abilene was the owner of a toy rabbit named Edward Tulane, and one day she lost him. The rabbit was picked up by many different people including hoboes, little girls, a fisherman and many others. I love this book so much, it was eye opening and a fast page turner!

My favorite book is Chasing Lincoln's Killer by James L. Swanson . This book is my favorite because of the detail. The book has great description, when I was reading it I felt as if I was really there in Ford's Theatre. The book tells of the 12 day manhunt to catch John Wilkes Booth. It tells how he planned to kill Lincoln and how he got away. I would recommend this book to someone who likes action and a little bit or gore. When I say gore I mean the book goes into description of the murder of Lincoln and the attempted murder of the secretary of war.

The Best Book Ever! By: Kendall Berdelman "Because of Mr. Terupt" is an incredible book written by Rob Buyea. “Because of Mr. Terupt" is the first book in a series of three. This book is a story about a few middle schoolers and a teacher. As the years go on, the teacher and the kids find their troubles bringing them closer and closer together. Throughout the book, the teacher helps the kids overcome adversity and the kids help the teacher get through hard times. “Because of Mr. Terupt” is an inspiring, eye-opening and is my favorite book in the world!

My favorite book is Out Of My Mind by Sharon Draper. This book tells a story of a young girl named Melody, she is the smartest person in the school, but no one knows it because she has Cerebral Palsy. Cerebral Palsy for Melody means she can't walk to talk or move anything, but her thumbs. She embarks on a journey and not only shows people how smart she is, but also that she also has a voice, a powerful one too.  It is my favorite book because I find this kind of stuff very interesting and my sister suggested it to me, and it turns out it's my favorite book. :)
